Assembly Venue and Transportation details
• On arrival in Toulouse, participants are kindly requested to make their own transportation arrangements from the airport to their hotel at Toulouse city centre.
• Bus transport has been arranged for morning transfer from Toulouse centre to the Météopole on 28th and 29th May at 08.15.
The morning pickup
point for the bus is here (intersection of Boulevard de Strasbourg and Allées Jean-Jaures).
• Return is reserved only for 28th May from the Météopole to the city centre as participants are expected to make their own arrangements after the meeting ends
on the 29th (either to the airport or elsewhere).
Assistance to book taxis may be provided at the CIC.

The venue
Located right on the doorstep of Toulouse, just 12 km from its international airport,
the Centre International de Conférences lies at the very heart of Europe's leading meteorology Centre. Since it was first opened in 1992, the CIC has hosted companies,
scientists and engineers from a wide range of technical fields. It shares the same grounds as the three major divisions of Météo-France - operations, research and training.
